Default smog pump bypass

i did the smog pump bypass and i got the right size shorter belt. It was a 77inch belt and it fit but it was tight. and after a few days, i checked the belt again and that damn thing stretched out and the part of the belt from the water pump and hte a/c were rubbing so i had to change back to the stock belt. Does anyone know where i can get the smog pump replacment pulley and stuff? cause i dont wannag o through all taht trouble again. thanks please reply fast! thanks

I had the same problem when I deleted my A/C and bypassed my smog pump, had two different belts stretched out the tensioner to max that I thought was the right size, third one ended up with the tensioner arrow right in the middle that was three years ago and never stretched anymore, so like Mustang30240 said get one even smaller..

What is the correct way to route it, I have belt number 850K6 and someone gave me a diagram and it absolutely will not fit. StangLX can you show me the way that you routed it with that belt?
