Default 88 lx help
I've recently purchased an 88 lx. I know it was registered in California

in 1991, How can I tell if its mass air or speed density.

Look to where the airbox is and follow the tube to the throttle body. If there's an object with a clip and wires in the middle of the tube between the airbox and TB, it's mass air. If it's just straight tube to the TB, it's speed density.

i don't think they put mass air in untill 89'. i know that my 88' did not have one
