Air Silencer= Remove air filter, and cover. Remove bolts to lower half. Air silencer can be removed through fender well. Reinstall air filter and box inside engine comparment.

ok i pulled the thing out this morning and it was not at all what i was expecting. i thought it would be covered in vacume lines and stuff but it was some twisted up tubing with a big chamber off to the side. as for the smog pump what im gonna do is get some gt 40p heads, a summit x pipe and some hedman glass pack mufflers. i think i can get away with the summit shorty headers for my car because the flange on them looks the same as the bbk's flanges andbbk's are supposed to fit, then ill just tear every peice of the smog crap out and be happy.i think if i buy enough crap from the right places i can do the whole setup for under $400 and then ill sell the cats from my exhaust to make some of the money back and ill use a 65mm throttle body from an explorer and get a cobra intake to top it all of.then later ill get a new MAF and have some 3.73 gears put in. then ill just uprade the stuff i put on when i get more money and be happy with the 13 to12 second times till i wanna go faster then ill add a cam and some forced induction
