so i asked this question a couple weeks ago and no one seemed to have an answer for me so im tryin it again lol ...
when adding freon which valve do i put it in ? the one on the compressor itself or the one on the pipe coming off the compressor ???
and does anyone know what the air temperature should be coming out of the vents if my ac is on hi and working properly ???

If you hook up to the high side(smaller tube), you run the risk of EXPLODING the freon can.(Not good)!
Output temp varies w/ambient air temp.(should be appx. 10 deg. colder than outside air temp).

go to a parts store and get a 134a retrofit kit and 2 cans of recharge the tall ones 12-16oz, freon=costly/bad. for 10 bucks u should get a deal thet converts the fitting on the lowside and a can of refill from like walmart called super chill is like 20 bucks or less. i did my old firechicken with 2 cans and it was chilly!!
