Default couple questions

i eventually want to buy a 93 LX Notch but for now i have this 84 GT i picked up for 1500 with the crate motor already in it it looks like it is stock but do the crate motors push more power than stock i know i should dyno it but besides that what do u guys think? it has the 4bbl holley edelbrock performer 302 intake manifold dont know whats done to the motor though. Do you guys think the motor might me a new version of the stock motor? cause that would suck no power lol 175hp 245 pounds of torque= slow

Default RE: couple questions

most of the crate motors i see are about 275-285 hp

any idea what heads are on it ? aluminum ? iron ?

a stock block w/ good heads and intake can easily hit that.... so try to find some numbers off it (casting numbers from the heads)
