help, i'm really frustrated
ok i've been workin on this for a while now (8 hours ish) trying to remove the lower control arm without destroying anything
all 4 bolts between the two control arms are seized up in their spot. i've broken two of the loose but all they do is spin in place because of the metal sleeve in the bushing is rusted to the bolt itself. i've use the following tools to try and removing the bolts. air impact (120PSI), 3 foot breaker bar, propane torch, mapp torch, drill(only on one i've drill some of the bolt out in attempt to break it out of the hole) air punch and air chisle.
out of all that i havent broken either arm free.
i figured since this is getting pretty intense that couldmake it easier on myself and cut the control arms off in half and just remove the rear end completely.
any help or tips plz let me know i'm gettin really pissed off.

RE: help, i'm really frustrated
That's why I put anti-sieze on crap, so I don't have to fight with it if it ever needs to come off. Too bad they didn't do it from the factory, but they wouldn't spend the extra money on it I'm sure.

I had to use a sawzall on a customers car one time. Saw in between the arm and the subframe itself to cut the bolt.

what blades are you using? i was using two different kinds. one was with serated teeth and was a carbide tip. other other kind i was using was a blade that it looks like a gritty substance was attached to the serated blade made of tungstin and carbide. neither seems to be cutting very efficiently.
what kind of blades did you use and did it take a long time?
