the h-pipe gives the famous 5liter growl whereas the x-pipe gives the higher pitch "at least to me anyway" scream at higher rpms, as said above its a matter of personal opinion, either one will give you better performance.

I'm leaning toward the H pipe. I want a deep throaty roar/rumble not a raspy/crackley sound. And as for what we're running we will have long tube headers, no cats, not sure what mufflers yet.

i have an h pipe and i love it. but i always wanted to know what my car wouold sound like with an x. so maybe down the road. go with the h pipe
