Default Book to help pull the motor?!

I was watching HP TV the other day and they pulled that LS1 out of the rewd camaro and they had a book that had a chapter dedicated to pulling the motor and disconnecting stuff. is there any kinda book i can get like this for a 5.0 or something similar? thanks a lot!

Hm, I don't know of anything specifically, but the 5.0 engine is pretty simple. I mean, disconnect from the air intake, and any vacuum lines, electrical lines, speedometer cable, all of that stuff, disconnect the drive shaft, obviously, and other stuff like that and simply pull the engine. Should be pretty simple I think. One day when I have more space and time, I will get the hoist and the stand and I will pull my engine and rebuild it from the ground up the way it should be done, so one day I'll be in your position, lol.

Chilton Manual. I have it, tells me how to do anything, pull engine, engine dissasemble, etc. 29 bucks at barns and nobel, best book I ever bought.

Oh cool, I have Chilton's also, guess I never really looked up pulling the engine, but I figure it would, it tells you how to do just about everything else, lmao.
