just clean your IAC especially if your getting any oil from the EGR
well I agree with cleaning the IAC part but the oil from the egr??? wtf??.. do you know what the egr is and does ??? your not gonna get oil from the egr.. it is exhaust gas recirculation and does just that to quench the cylinder chamber temps to lower NOX/ emmissions.... now carbon build up does occur on the pintle of the valve but not oil

Iac is on the throttle body and fpr is on the passanger side fuel rail towards rear and has a vaccum line on it and checking for vaccum leaks you can use a can of carb cleaner and sparay all hoses and listen for an idle change and that'll indicate a leak

Default Similar problem

I have been having stalling problems off & on. We have changed out sparks + wires, Fuel filter & ignition module. Saw your refrences to MAF, IAC & FPR. What are these things in simple English & how does one clean, and/or check them?

Thank you,

Michael A. Johnston
