You can use the alt from any 94-95 mustang gt.

Thanks for all the help guys. So for running the wires to the relay, do i just chop the connector off the end of the wiring harness? What do i do with all three wires just from the fan?

Keep the plug that goes into the fan and chop the other end off. Solder some wire to the end you cut and then shrink rap them and wire them according to where they go GROND/POWER ECT. You do know what wires are what right. If not i do.

Wiring is definately not my strong suit. Black is ground, red is power, so what is the yellow wire for? Is that the wire you would run to control low/high speed?

Look at the fan the way u took it out of the car. make shure you have it stright up now the plug should be at an angel the top wire is ground the next is slow speed+ and next high speed+.. If thats not it unplug the wire and look at the fan plug end you should see -+ on eather end... let me know if thats helps.

Yeah, that makes sense. This will be a fun install, along with a 130amp alt.
