Default traction and handling..cheap improvements....

so im kinda taking a poll here from you guys as to what works and what doesnt and from the cheap and easy to the more elaborate stuff. personally i hate how foxs handle. too light in the azz end quick to get sideways, cant go fast around corners and hard to drive when its wet out.all over the road when theres bad ruts on a freeway. and for me he more and more i do to my car the worse traction is getting. so i kinda want to start a thread here on how to improve handling and traction.and improved braking is good too.so tell me what u know works and not what u think works

well, keep in mind the fox handling is basicaly the same since 79 and continued to 04.

cheap upgrades are springs, shocks/struts, camber plates, control arms, etc..

coil-overs are gunna give u best handling but the kits are expensive.

The easiest and probably most important thing is a good set of tires, since you can have all sorts of handling goodies that will do nothing if you have crappy tires. After that, a good set of springs and shocks should make a big difference, as well as subframe connectors to help stiffen up the chassis. As far as braking, the pads are the biggest factor there so get something decent. They have lots of brake kits out there but I'm not sure which ones work for 4-lug (if that's what you still have).

I can't really give you any specific brands, since I'm still shopping around myself but that's pretty much the order I'd do things with the exception of probably leaving my brakes stock since I have the nice ones from the factory .
