Good engine block for 500hp N/A

Ima put a single 150 shot on it too.
I want to know what would be good for that range.

it will be a 306 - forgot that lil tid bit of info
the nitro will be down the road

I might be reading this wrong but if you are going to be using a 306 then you allready know what the block is. Are you asking what parts to use on the 306?

500 h.p. + 150 shot with a 302? You are pushing it with that block even without the nitrous. Have you though about a 351w instead?

I meant what kind of block, dart, dss, etc could handle this kind of power for less than 2 grand?

The FMS r302 is more than you'll ever need.
