Default Jegs gear sets

Has anyone used a jegs ring and pinion b4? are they any good? I wanna buy the 4:10s with install kit but i need info on jegs gear sets b4 i pull the trigger.

I heard a rumor that the old manufacturer (aka, the "good" manufacturer) of the FRPP gears is Precision Gear. LOTS of guys on here have the old FRPP / Precision Gears without any trouble. It's what I plan to buy when the time comes. Gears are enough of a PITA to install that it's worth whatever extra money it might be to buy quality.

y'know you're right. I guess I will order some lowering springs and shocks and struts instead...i have a seized shock neway lol. but my 3.73's were set up wrong (by a buddy) and they make alot of noise adn rumble on teh freeway and stuff too so either way im fixing something.

Another thing, gears that are not set-up properly like to make noise and have a very short lifespan........
This won't be any differant because of who made the gears either....
