Default Help please!!!

my car is missing really bad when driving over a bump and the rpm hand jumps for a second....it seems im loosing fuel pressure when driving up a hill....the shakes like its not getting fuel....i recently put a new FPR on it....and set it to 39 with vac on.....the recently set the timing to the 13 degrees...the car has Ford racing 9mm wires...new autolites spark plugs....relatively new cap and rotor button...the car has a new gas tank...and a about year old fuel pump and fuel filter....i dont know whats wrong....please...ill appreciate it....and also my fuel is really bad now also..

13 seems a little high for your timming but, since I see what you got done to it idk... try 10 degrees and see what happens... what octane are you running?

Did this start after the FPR install or after the new tank? Also about how much gas do you have in the tank when you encounter these problems? What I am getting at is I wonder if the new tank had the baffles to help with fuel sloshing around and not being picked up by the pump.

after the tank was put in the car was running better than....about 8 months later it started running bad again..so i put a new adjustable FPR on it...it ran better for like a week...now its running like crap...worst than before...when i drive in the first gear...it seems fine but when i shift to second, third, fourth, or fifth the car shakes..and the engine is missing....
