too much engine noise

Default too much engine noise

when i start in first gear all u could hear is my engine and its as if i dont have an exhaust ??? i had a fan with a clutch and i put one with out the clutch but it didnt fix my problem [:'(]... my first post

taking the clutch out probably made the issue worse....


FYI, crank/wp driven fans... suck

get an electric

+1, driven flans are annoying..

Get an electric fan, or better yet, buy an SN95! (thats for you adder because I know you were thinking it.)

you can get your hands on a taurus fan for cheap at a junkyard. Than either hook it up to some manual switches or go with an aftermarket fan controller. I am selling a SPAL fan controller right now for $75 shipped I had a spare taurus fan too but I threw it out a while back because I was getting tired of looking at it leaning up against my work bench.

all you need is the fan and a switch and some wire, thats how mine is and no problem so far.
controllers are more $, can be nice sure, but i live where its hot and the fan is gonna stay on when im driving and if not, the switch turns it on and off.
