30lb injector question

does anyone know of any vehicles that came with the 30lb red top injectors ( i belive the ev1 style...stubby lookin)..i gotta run to the junk yard to pick up an electric fan which im getting a sick deal on..if anyone knows of any vehicles let me know please. thanks
