Default Question About Push Rod Length.

Alright, we're measuring for our pus rods. But we're new to this so I had a question. We put the rocker on and all that and rolled it over. We colored the top of the valve stem with sharpie to see how much area the roller is covering.

Heres' what we got, the worn away area in the middle of the valve is how much it traveled. Does it look ok ?

We ended up with a 6.25" push rod length.

Incase it matters, it has an E-cam, AFR 165 heads. Comp Cams Ultra Gold Roller Rockers.

~Thanks.

6.250 is stock length and generally you should be checking with a solid lifter or a converted stock one to solid to view entire travel length..but looks good
