Default Clutch and pressureplate replacement?

Im getting a fms clutch, can I still use the stock pressure plate or do I need something else? I dont know jack about how manuals do their thing, so help is appriciated. thanks

when performing a clutch replacement it shouls always be done with a matching kit= throw out bearing , pilot bearing, clutch disc and pressure plate and it's often a good idea to have the flywheel resurfaced or replaced for a chatter free engagement

Its not good enough to just replace them with new parts I suppose? I am getting the clutch in a trade and have no idea what would be included (part#'s) in its "matching kit". Do you have any recomended places to resurface the wheel, Iv asked all the places local to me that I thought would do it but no one is up to it.
