Default Cap and rotor help! FAST!

I need to know, very quickly before it rains, lol, how to take the rotor out of the distributor on my 1995 5.0Cobra. I cant figure it out! I thought it would just slide out, but it doesnt. Any help would be GREAT!

sure you may need to learn but NOT on a cobra!!! learn on a gt! there's alot more out there so it's not so horrible if something gets messed up, a cobra is a much rarer car. so in all honesty, if you cant change a rotor.... then you shouldt even touch that car. it's about the easiest thing to change..........

well if i asked something elementary then ya i would................ i mean maybe it's just me but i learned how to do that when i was 7. and i got blasted plenty of time when i was a newb.
