do you hear the pump buzz? when you first turn the key?...replace the fuel filter....

In addition to changing out the fuel pump relay (see other post), I did the following tests and their results:

Cranked engine and did smell test at exhaust tailpipe - no discernible gasoline smell.
Cranked engine and checked for humn of fuel pump - positive, heard fuel pump.
Cranked engine and did spark test - positive, saw arcing.
Checked cut-off valve in trunk (near drivers side tailight); red button not popped.

Any additional tests or suggestions would be appreciated.
