Default MSD Digital 6/Nitrous

So I am about to set up my nitrous kit, doing a zex wet kit 125 shot on my 94 5.0... I just picked up a msd digital 6 to change my timing when I want to run the nitrous, and I was just wondering if anyone knew the what I should retard my timing to?

By the way the guy who is setting up my car told me its going to be a dummy proof nitrous system, but I just wanted to act like I knew what I was talking about when hes setting and explaining everything to me.

One more question, is anyone running nitrous with the digital 6? If so will it over ride what your timing is set off a chip from a dyno tune?

Default RE: MSD Digital 6/Nitrous

it would be far easier to just retard the timing at the distributor using a timing light.
but since you have it already, the safe starting point is 2 degrees for every 50hp. I've used my n/a settings on a 100 shot and it worked fine, as long as you follow the manufactuers instructions, you will be fine
