Default Compression question

I just did a compression check on my car and here is what i got:
#1- 155
#2- 160
#3- 155
#4- 160
#5- 158
#6- 158
#7- 160
#8- 155
What ratio would that give me. The car has 118,000 miles on it and i was told that these readings were great, but wasn't told anything about the ratio. Any help is appreciated.

what heads do you have on the car? Are they stock? If so, you should just have stock compression.

compression testing doesnt give you the compression ratio. Sure a higher compression ratio will give you higher compression readings, but the purpose of a compression test is to determine the shape of your engine sealing</P>

*wow I said the word compression alot, hope I didnt confuse yout*</P>

stock 5.0 compression is 9 to 1 by the way</P><edited><editID>vshayes</editID><editDate>37917.0187152778</editDate></edited>
