I use Valvoline max life synthetic for cars over 75000 miles. It costs more than others, but I would rather pay the money now and my car last longer, then have to pay later. It is great stuff.

The max life just has conditioners in it for the seals and metal.
I would just recommend getting synthetic period....any kind of sync with work great.
My car has 125K on it and I just converted (because it is my first oil change since purchase) over to quaker "Q" high-RPM.

use a hasting filter or amsoil..hasting makes amsoil filter..don't use those fram one's......as for that max-life how do we know it is what it's supposed to be????......use a good syth oil...even the walmalt fully sythe. would be better than reg oil if your on a tight budget....
