Default need help somethin happened

So i have an automatic 89 gt with 3.73's in the rear and i was gettin onto the freeway and i gunned it and i hit arounds 80 or so then let off. Then about 10 min later i try to get in front of a car and my car down shifts and i go for about 10 seconds then it shifts to fourth and my rpms just shoot up, my engine revs, and my car doesnt even accelerate. So now everytime my car shifts into fourth gear it is stuck and it wont accelerate all it does is rev the engine and make the rpms soar. Is my 4th gear gone or what, my transmission fluid is all ther and thers no leaks, help me out im stressin.

Thanks
