ANYBODY can answer this

I feel stupid for asking this because I always seem to have answers...but this is my first time changing the oil.

Is the oil plug the bolt in front under the crank pulley and above the sway bar?

Going to change my oil today and didn't want to drain the wrong fluid.....LOL

RE: ANYBODY can answer this

Well I can't wait any longer. I figured I would have had an answer in about in an hour...so I ate lunch only to come back and find that no one could answer...maybe I should have reworded "anybody" in the title.

Well I will figure it out the way I usually work on cars when I don't have a book.....LOL. Try it out and see what it does.

I just asked this because I don't see any oil residue near that bolt and usually oil change there is always some oil where the plug is...unless whoever did the changes in the past was very very clean.

Thanks.

the oil pan has 2 bolts in it and i unbolt both of them. Un bolt the back one and then the front one. this will let all the oil out of the oil pan and clean out the crap on the front sump too

2? Hmmmm. I just unbolted the front one and only 1 quart came out and I was shocked. Maybe that is because the rest is in a resessed point in the back. I will go back out and look for the back one.

yes there are 2 one right at the sway bar and one farther back you have to undo the one farther back or you wont get all the oil out
