I just got my 95 GT a week and a half ago. It has been getting more difficult to start when cold. The thing cranks for about 5 to 10 seconds before it fires. Then when it does fire it idles ruff for a little while. Eventually it runs itself back to what i consider normal. I just replaced the fuel filter. I also put asome injector cleaner it as well. Oh I also replaced the TCS only because it was in my trouble shooting list of things to look into from the Chilton manual. Anybody have some good suggestions. Thanks for the help.

check the battery, if the battery is old it may not be putting out enough to spin the starter fast enough, also could be the starter

I'd perform a fuel pressure test and check for leak down..could have injectors leaking down or a bad check valve in the fuel pump

did you put the filter in the correct way?

Thank you guys for the info. As far as the battery its brand new. I don't think its the starter. It feels fuel related. The fuel pump is new or so I was told. I don't know why he didn't change the filter when the previos owneer changed the pump. I am going to look into the pressure of the fuel next. Thanks mjr46.
