Location of fuel lid opener for 86 capri?

Stupid question, but Im in a hurry, and I need to know where(if it even has one) the fuel lid opener is on a 86 mercury capri...and the starter to ...thx for the help

oh n/m about the fuel lid opener...apparently it was in the glovebox LOL, but I still havnt found the starter
