so i just got the trans rebuilt (tko 600) which included all the syncro's. I am not sure if the clutch is set up correctly, or if it is the syncro again... so help me out, it only grinds going in at high rpm, fast shifting right around 5500 to 6000 rpm shifts. Could this just mean i need to adjust the clutch? and if so how? (this is the only gear this happens in) o and reverse grinds to

Is your cable adjusted correctly? Sounds like synchros to me. What fluid did you use after the rebuild?

what was rebuilt in it?? blocker ring and or sincro hub should of been closely examined on that gear

i dont know about the rebuild... a shop did it for me, and they said they put all new syncros in it..... I cant remember what trans fluid it was called, but its the stuff that tremc recomends.
