Default throttle issue

got a new tb and intake from prof. products, and did the swap early this week...
all bugs have been worked out except...

if im cruising and holding my rpms/speed steady when i clutch or take my foot off the gas, the revs stay the same and depending on the terrain so does my speed (makes traffic interesting)

however if i tap the gas quickly it will usually go back down to idle

does this sound like an electric issue or just my throttle gettin caught up??

i'd say just lube the throttle cable since it's a new t/b it wouldnt be all clogged up and cause it to stick

easy way is spray wd40 in it, pull the t/b open while you're spraying wd40 in there and keep doing that so it'll work the lube in there

thing is he said it happens if he lets off the gas slow, and if he taps the gas it'd drop, the iac doesnt need to be open when you're on the throttle
