Default crank damper/flywheel help

what is the corrct way to install the flywheel in relation to the damper? im helping my brother build his motor (when i took mine off i just marked it and put it back on. never paid it much mind). its a 94 motor, 50oz imbalance. should the two weights be even with each other or 180* apart? thanks a lot guys.

They only go on one way. The flywheel holes arent evenly spaced and the balancer has to line up with the keyway.
