Default HELP: NEED MASS AIR COMPONENTS

does anyone have a mass air computer for sale, why does mass air conversion have to be so expensive???? as if your basic teardown and rebuild isn't expensive enough, by the time you get your motor back from the machine shop you are almost at 1,000$$$$, now lets add new exhaust, new cam, new intake,,,,damn i am broke.......
