gt40x header question

do the same clearence issues with the gt40p headers exist on the gt40x turbo swirls, and will i have issues with bbk shorties

i have gt40x aluminum heads from my ford racing crate motor. i had mac shorties on before and they fit fine, now i have bbk longtubes and they fit even better.
