Full Mustang Safety/Certification List??

I was wondering if any one out there has a complete list of what a 1987 Mustang would need to pass a safety? So if anyone has a list it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Way too many variables, depends on the track, how fast your car is and what has been to it ie: trunk mount battery, nitrous, etc.
