parking brake stuck

Default parking brake stuck

rolled the car out of the garage today to wash it before the motor comes in tomorrow(I hope). well for the first time since i've owned the car i put the brake on and now i can't get it off. i took out the center consol and sprayed down the thing in there by the handle. anybody have any ideas? i havn't had my brakes class yet in school[:@] thats this next semester haha. not sure if it matters but my cars a 95 so its got rear discs

does the handle return to the rest position ?? or you can't get the handle to release??? if it returns to the rest position it may have a cable stuck .. jack up and see which wheel is hanging up if that's the case and see if cable or caliper is hanging up

handle goes down and both tires are stuck in place

get underneath and where the cables exist the body on the tranny tunnel...wiggle cables around

I had to give both my old calipers a good beating to get the e-brake free after mine got stuck.

ended up not being able to turn them back in either, so I bought new ones!
