Default GRRRRRR ISSUES

this issue has been dragging out since fecking feburary...

at part throttle my car likes to fall on its face, at WOT it runs good most of the time, but on occasion will still be on a dead spot, seems after 3000rpms it picks up a little like a jolt then likes to die again...

cyl 2 has a miss at idle... but when i take the plug off the cap, its arcing so its getting spark and i have swapped wires... (injector?)

then sometimes the car is REALLY dead and i can like hear the engine over the exhaust almost like all 8 cylenders are missing

To fix i have

New:
ECT
ACT
CAP
PLUGS (gapped at .55)
ROTOR
FUEL PUMP
FUEL FILTER
02s w/ bbk extensions
MAP (its a SD car not Mass Air)
EGR blockplate delete

i also Cleaned:
Throttle Body
IAC
Pistons/Heads
New Gaskets (head gaskets, u/l intake gaskets)

I set the TPS to .96

I checked the HEGO ground (good)

Fuel Pressure is set to 42psi vac off and hovers around 32 at idle, when i apply a short burst of gas it jumps to 42 but if i apply gas and hold it steady, pressure will drop back down to 32

did a VAC test, and im pulling 19 lbs at Idle, and it seems normal at other rpms...didn't have any one helping me so i couldn't take readings are precise Rpms... only thing i noticed that was maybe weird (to me at least) was that when i give it gas the vac pull goes down but as the rpms drop back to idle vac jumps to 24lbs for a split second and then down to 19 at idle

Ran Engine Codes, got the usual EGR is missing, smog stuff not found, got a ECT sensor out of test range but i did it while the car wasn't fully warmed up, and i did a KOER cyl balance test that came back fine.

Some have said, bad valve stem seals, others say its the ECU or PCM w/e its called, others say lower intake leak and i think maybe a very small amount of slack in the timing chain....

HELP!
