hey, are 75 mm throttle bodies street legal?

in my eyes everything you add is legal, heck ive seen cars with parachutes driving on the street.
if it has a carb# then its legal in california. it is highly doubtful that anyone would check though.

i've NEVER heard of a t/b being illegal....
and even if it were how many cops would pull your intake tube and measure it? they're all too lazy
