What's the easiest way to replacea door?. I need to replace both doors on my 89, andI also bought new hinge pins and bushings. Can I just cut the old pinsand replace the whole door along with the pins?. If not, doesthefender need to be removed to access the hinge bolts?

You could just pull the pins and replace them and the doors if you wanted. But i would pull the fender off and remove the hinges also. 6 bolts hold the hinges. 1/2" in size. The fenders arent too hard to take off.

Does the grill and front bumper assembly have to be removed to remove the fender?

No, just unbolt the fender from it from inside the wheel well.

+1. There will be the front bolts, the top bolts in engine compartment, open the door and there will be another bolt and then a bottom bolt that goes to the rocker

It doesnt but you can leave the bumper attached to the fender and remove the fenders and bumper as a unit. It will save you some time but do that only if you have a helper or two.
