I need that little male fitting for the high pressure line. I don't want to just buy an entire pump, does anyone know of anyone who sells it?

Check for a local napa auto that does heavy duty (semi) truck parts. They typically have the fittings on hand since they make P/S and A/C lines for the big rigs. Or look for a local hose maker. They should have the fitting you need.

Junk yard is also an option.
