Default cam removal issues

Ok ive removed what i tihnk is about everything. Can someone provied a link with pics because its not comming out and i have to be missing something. BTW its a 351w

Take your timing chain gear put it back on the cam thread in bolt finger tight and use the gear for leverage to pull and stear....pull out very slow....watching cam bearings.....just go slow...lol

should just slide right out as long as the timing chain is off. You did remember to take out the lifters right?

Iused a 5 inch bolt thatthreaded into the cam, used it for removal and install. Did you remove the thrust plate? Just a thought.

I use a 3/8 piece of thread rod about 12 inches lond and when pulling a cam since lobes are offset you have to carefully wiggle it and rotate it past journals

lol this sucks does the motor have to be at tdc plus anyone have any good ideas on how to loosen up a seized motor?

pull the motor out.... if its siezed and undo all rod caps and smack the pistons from the underside with a extention and mallet
