Default Throttle Cable

Installing a holley carb on my car. I currently have a EFI setup and was wondering when i switch over to carb. can i use my stock throttle cable? and if not what do i need for a cable, and what kind of bracket should I get for the carb. Thanks fellas Oh yea and another thing, I wanna take the wiring harness out of my engine compartment, is there anything i need to keep for the new ignition, iam running a Summit Ignition box with one of there Dizzy's. But as far as the O2 sensors go and what not can i hack that Sh$t, not worried about messing up the harness, theres a wire F'd up somewere in it anyways(hence the going to Carb).
