Brand new Fuel pump issue
I’ve bought a brand new fuel pump from the dealer and took it to a garage to fix it.
When I took the car back it was back firing!
So I took it back to the garage to figure out what is going on.
He told me that the fuel pump does not have enough pressure to push the fuel.
The pressure is 25 while it should be 50 or 55!
Now the question is, is it possible that the garage ****ed up the fuel pump while doing the wiring?
Or is it the dealers fault to provide a part without checking it?
What would you do if you were me?
Shall I give the invoice to the garage owner and claim back my money plus labor charge?
Or take the owner with me to the dealer so they check the fuel pump there and if there was nothing wrong with it he pays the labor charge?
I’m really confused.
