Default 5 lug conversion

I want to do a 5 lug conversion on my 89 convertible and i was wondering if i could just take the spindles and axles off a 94 or 95 and put them on my car? is this possible if so what all do i need to take off?

i would recommend the spindles n hubs for the front since that has the smaller diameter hub and wont knock the center of ur rim out. but for the rears the axles are a bit longer.i have the ranger axles in the back of mine.
