It can easily happen. I have a D.S.S aluminum 306 with aluminum Trick Flow heads and a B31 Anderson Ford Motorsport cam in it plus many more mods and i am pushing out more then 400 horses N/A. It can easily be done but you need to put a lot of time and a LOT of money into it. Check out all of my mods --> http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/672744

yeah with the cam i told ya to get...bigger injectors, and afr's....check out anderson ford motorsports......you might be disappointed when you see what they got out of a 331.....a 331 is a 25 to 35hp gain not 100hp gain..which i'm sure you know this already??

yes the wheels and it would be easier to get 400 rwhp with a 331 and i have about 330 rwhp with GT40 heads. if i put in a bitter cam and heads i could get 400 rwhp easy
