Hard to shift into gear
It has NEVER been hard to shift gears(except reverse) and out of nowhere its hard to shift in 1st and 2nd and sometimes 3rd. Anyone no what this could be? Maybe clutch cable?

The first thing I would do is check the tranny level and the integrity of the fluid.
As for the clutch, how does it feel?

RE: Hard to shift in gear
Your clutch may not be fully disengaging.
An easy way to check for disengagment is. Idling, stopped.
Push the clutch pedal all the way down. Shifter in neutral.
After about 5 seconds try to engage reverse. No grind = clutch is fully disengaged.

RE: Hard to shift in gear
Shifting out of any gear has little to do with your clutch or it's adjustment. As long as the load from the driveshaft/roadspeed matches the engine rpm. It will easily come out of gear. In fact you can even engage forward gears also.
Try the reverse thing. It will tell alot in diagnoising your problem.
