Default smog pump removal

i removed the smog pump and ive been reading alot of forums on trying to see what size of belt to use now but dont know which one some say 77 and others 80.5 which one is it. it is a 92 mustnag 5.0 with stock pullies still have ac and p/s

84.5" if you reroute belt different than stock belt route.

i got the 77 and it fit what other way would you route the belt to make an 84.5 fit any pics

i run a 770k6 on my car 1991gt it is the stock routing. its a little snug to get on but works perfect

+1 on the 84.5. you must not be running a PS pump

Sorry for stealing the thread but what other mods need to be done besides bypassing the pump? or can your car run fine without the belt spinning the pump?

Yes...but you will reduce the life of the catylicconverters if youpermanently bypass the pump.
