ANy easy way to install a quadrant
I took my quadrant off to replace it with a mustangtuning.com triple hook quadrant and im having the HARDEST time getting it in. Any tips on how to replace this damn thing

just take your seat out...and lay in your back ..with the new one you only got to do it one time ...unless your cable comes off when you tkake trans out next time [:@] but eayer than install quad..try doing it with a roll cage..

i just replaced the clutch cable with an adjustable one and had everything out but the top piece of the orig quad broke on one of the things it sits on and i cant get it off and i cant figure out how to get the spring on the new one either.

http://mustangtuning.com/mutucladkit.html ON the top "peg" on the assembly a piece broke off of the orignal plastic quad and its held on by a spring i dont wanna brake the spring but it looks like you reuse it cuz it seems like it adjusts the tension in the clutch pedal? So in otehr words when you installed yours you didnt reuse ANY springs whatsoever?
