Default Rusty frame

When wondering what was making noise, I found out the connector from my muffler had broken from the frame. It appears the frame is pretty rusted. Is there anything I can do to repair/replace this portion of the frame?

Get a pic up here. You will have to cut out the section from a junk car or weld in some sheet metal.
