or you could have fugged up your valvetrain.... if you are hanging valves open, you wont get good vac, and the car will run like poo!

why would valve hang open?

They are GT-40 heads
1.6 FRPP Pedestal Mounted Rocker Arms
Double Springs
New Valves
Stock Pushrods
Stock Lifters.

If a bolt on the lower intake were not in would that cuz a vacuum leak though?

and just an FYI, usually stock pushrods arent strong enough for upgraded springs
