347 ??
ok i have a question for u all i am building a 347 on a budget not because i have to be on a budget but because i want to
my items so far consist of a polished typhoon intake, polished tb, maf conversion, 24# inj, cai, hd trans, 373's, underdrive pulleys, king cobra clutch, sub frame connectors, upper lower control arms, alum drive shaft, chrome oil am, hv oil pump. im sure that im forgeting somthing, but anyways i am wondering what a good cam would be, and also heads, im thinking perhaps gt-40 turbo swirl heads, and please before any one says AFR remember this is a budget project. yes i could throw down the 1300 bucks for those heads but i dont want to.

RE: 347 ??
get AFR's man, with all that work your doing, AFR's are defently what your going to need, they cost more but save up, there defently worth, specially for that motor, i would go with a custom cam if i were you

RE: 347 ??
simmer down man that is a pretty expensive motor your building and putting ****ty cheap heads on it would be wrong, the gt-40 heads will do you fine but the reason that everyone on this site is all horned up over afr's is because they are the best, next to custome heads but that wouldn't be cheap eather...
