5.0 engine swap

i have a 4.6 i am about to scrap, i am about to get a used 88 engine and rebuild it from the ground up, i was wondering if anyone knew if the mounting brackets, and hardware would line up or if i would have to change? the 5.0 will be put into my 2000 mustang gt

also, should i go with a .030 over bore or a .040 for the pistons??
